Warranty

The Cool Dirt Tool™ is intended for light duty residential gardening activities. Under normal gardening use the Cool Dirt Tool™ will provide years of satisfactory trouble free service. The Cool Dirt Tool™ was not designed for and should not be used as a construction tool or commercial landscape tool. The Cool Dirt Tool™ is warranted for one year from date of purchase to be free of defects in material and workmanship. Cool Dirt Tool Co. is not responsible for any injuries or damages arising from the use of the Cool Dirt Tool™.
